Sam uses small sanding pad to finish the handle’s end

Ready to drill sphere to proper depth – starting with brad point drill. Chuck has pipe strap clamp for extra security

Finish with machinist’s drill. Be sure handle flat is perpendicular before drilling.

Now hollow the sphere and also cut into top part of handle
